For your convenience, we offer multiple payment methods:

How will I know if you received my payment?

For credit card and PayPal payments, you will receive an email notification if your payment was successful.

Do you keep my credit card details?

No. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal. Upon checking out the items, you will be transferred to PayPal website where you will be asked for your card details.

PayPal complies with Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards. Your card information is protected using the best encryption standard.

Flat Rate Shipping - ₱150


International Orders

Worlwide delivery via FedEx, DHL and UPS.

Shipping fee will be computed upon checkout.

How can I get the products I bought?

We only cater delivery of products through shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

How long will it take for me to receive the products I bought?

After we verified your payment, we will ship the items right away. It will takes 1-3 business days for local shipment and 7-20 days for international shipment. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my shipment?

We will provide the tracking number to you. Since we are using a 3rd Party Logistic, you can track your products through their website. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

What if my products got lost during shipment?

If our courier verified that the shipment got lost, we will replace the items you bought and will ship it again to you. We will cover all the fees.

Can I return the items I bought?

We want our customers to be happy with our service. If we fail to satisfy you,  we offer a 30 day return policy. Please be noted that the items must be unused and in original packing. Kindly check our Return Policy

What if I received a damaged item?

We ensure the quality of our products. Every items have passed through our QA/QC standards.

But in the event that the items have been damaged while shipping, we will investigate it and may replace the items. Kindly message us at within 2 days after you received the item.
